Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Blueprint and The MultiMillionairess Portal™ (the “Site”), owned and operated by Path Evolution Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, entering your email address, or otherwise engaging with any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Service

The Site provides access to The Blueprint, a guided set of reflective exercises and related content (the “Content”), accessed via a passwordless email sign-in. Your written responses to exercises are saved to your account so they persist across sessions and devices.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide a valid email address you control to access the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your email inbox, since sign-in links are sent there. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate any other person.

3. Ownership & Copyright

All Content on the Site — including but not limited to text, exercises, questions, graphics, video, audio, design, layout, and the “The Blueprint,” “The MultiMillionairess Portal,” “The Multimillionairess Definition,” “The Consciousness Audit,” “The 80-Year-Old Self,” “Your North Star,” and “The Identity Bridge” names and marks — is the property of Path Evolution Network LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited personal, non-commercial use expressly permitted below, no Content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, displayed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Restrictions on Use — No Copying

By using the Site, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, frame, republish, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site, its design, or its Content, in whole or in part, through any means (manual or automated), without our express prior written permission.

This includes, without limitation:

Copying the Site’s layout, design, or visual presentation for use on another site or product;
Reproducing or republishing any exercise, question, or teaching text from the Content;
Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract Content or account data;
Presenting the Content, in whole or in part, as your own work.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable copyright and computer-use laws.

5. Your Responses

You retain ownership of the personal written responses you submit through the exercises. By submitting a response, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that response back to you as part of operating the Site. We do not claim ownership of your personal reflections and do not publish them publicly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions above, you agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site; interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation; or upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

7. No Professional Advice

The Content is provided for educational and self-reflection purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, psychological, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You are solely responsible for decisions you make in connection with your use of the Site.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party service providers — including Google Firebase (authentication and data storage) and Resend (email delivery) — to operate. Your use of the Site is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy practices of those providers to the extent they process your data on our behalf.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path Evolution Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
