This Privacy Policy explains how Path Evolution Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use The Blueprint and The MultiMillionairess Portal™ (the “Site”).
1. Information We Collect

The Site also uses your browser’s local storage to cache your answers on your own device for faster autosaving. This is a functional technology, not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
2. Cookies & Advertising Technologies
As of the effective date above, we do not run third-party advertising or retargeting technologies (such as a Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tag, TikTok Pixel, or similar) on the Site. We may enable one or more of these in the future to show relevant ads to visitors on other platforms.
If we do, those providers may place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receive information about your visit (such as pages viewed) to build an advertising audience. Before or when any such technology is activated, we will update this section to name the specific providers in use, and, where required by law, will obtain your consent and provide a way to opt out.
You can generally opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your browser’s cookie settings, or via industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). See Section 7 (Your Rights & Choices) for additional rights that may apply to you.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Site;
- To authenticate you and keep your saved responses in sync across devices;
- To send you transactional email (sign-in links);
- To send you occasional marketing email, such as updates or offers (see Section 7 for your choices);
- To respond to support requests you send us;
- If enabled in the future, to show you relevant advertising on other platforms (see Section 2).
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Site, each acting on our behalf:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication and database storage of your account and responses;
- Resend — delivery of your sign-in email;
- Vercel — hosting of the backend that sends sign-in links;
- If enabled in the future, advertising/retargeting platforms as described in Section 2.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and response data for as long as your account is active, so your progress remains available to you. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access-controlled cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@pathevolutionnetwork.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the right to data portability, to object to certain processing, or — for California residents, if advertising technologies described in Section 2 are ever enabled — the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International Users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
